Green Tara Photography works with entirely digital photos, reducing the environmental impact of your wedding and getting you your photos sooner!

Tara specializes in unique and alternative weddings and unions, supporting couples who make non-traditional choices with flexible shooting styles and schedules.

Tara Innes is a PhD student at the University of Maryland. She worked her way through her undergraduate degree on the media production team, covering campus events like VIP speakers, formal dinners, festivals, and theater productions. Between undergrad and grad school Tara worked at a variety of environmental non-profits, gaining web and graphic design skills.

Tara and her partner had their committment ceremony in 2007 and were shocked (like so many other couples) by how expensive even a modest proceeding could be. Tara is committed to offering reasonably priced wedding photography for all couples.

At Green Tara Photography you will never have substitute company photographers. Tara takes a personal interest in each wedding that she covers, tailoring coverage and style to your preferences.

Tara will work with you ahead of time to create a schedule, discuss stylistic preferences, and explore the unique elements of your wedding. This careful planning will ensure thorough documentation of the most important moments of your day.
